Evoke Dance Movement (“Evoke,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy and security of our customers’ financial information. This policy explains how financial information is used when customers choose to make payments through ACH Direct Debit.
 
Evoke offers ACH Direct Debit as a payment option for customers who choose to pay directly from an eligible checking or savings account.

Bank account information used for ACH payments is securely collected and processed through our third-party payment providers, including Stripe. This information is used solely to connect and verify the customer's bank account, authorize ACH payments, process authorized transactions, and manage payment-related activity.

How We Use Financial Data
Financial information accessed in connection with ACH Direct Debit is used only for purposes necessary to facilitate payments authorized by the customer to Evoke Dance Movement.

These payments may include tuition, studio rental fees, routine fees, competition and event fees, and other authorized charges associated with Evoke services.
Evoke does not use customers' financial data to analyze spending habits, review unrelated transaction activity, advertise or market products, or make financial or credit decisions.

Storage and Security
Sensitive bank account credentials are processed through our third-party financial service providers. Evoke does not directly store customers' full bank account credentials.
We take reasonable measures to protect financial information under our control and use established third-party payment providers to facilitate electronic transactions.

Sharing of Financial Information
Evoke does not sell or rent customers' financial information.
Financial information may be shared with Stripe and other service providers involved in bank account verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, security, or other functions necessary to complete authorized ACH transactions.

Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law.

Customer Authorization
ACH payments are initiated only in connection with payments authorized by the customer. Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information and sufficient funds for scheduled transactions.
Customers may contact Evoke with questions regarding payments or authorization. Certain changes to connected bank accounts or financial information may need to be completed directly through the applicable payment provider.

Third-Party Payment Processing
ACH payment services are provided through third-party financial technology and payment providers, including Stripe. Information submitted through those services may also be subject to the applicable provider's privacy policy and terms.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this ACH & Financial Data Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our payment practices, service providers, or applicable requirements. The most current version will be available on our website.
